Kevin and Tina are the proud owners and directors of His Way
Broadway, founded in 2016. They have been married for over 20 happy
years, and live in Springfield with their sons, Caleb and Connor. Both
have an extensive background in teaching the arts. Kevin, a graduate of
Evangel University, has taught in public and private school settings for
14 years before becoming the manager of CPO Redeemed Discount Christian
Books in Springfield and now works as a Community Living Instructor
with Easter Seals Midwest. He and his wife, Tina, have served as Music
Directors, Worship Leaders, and Vocal Coordinators in various churches
all over the country. Tina is a 1996 graduate of Evangel University with
a B.S. in K-12 Vocal Music Education and a Minor in Piano. She has
taught K-12 vocal music, beginning guitar, beginning band, and class 1
piano in both public and private settings. Furthermore, she has enjoyed
directing K-12 grade musicals for her entire career. She has had the
privilege of developing young musicians as a private vocal and piano
teacher since 1992. It is their vision together that propels His Way
Broadway forward and continues to develop students to be outstanding
artists that change the world for Jesus Christ.

Ashley West
Choreographer
Ashley's love of music and dance began at a young age, and have been
present her whole life. From taking piano lessons at age 3 and singing
in church at a young age, to her love of dance, she found her love of
clogging at age 10. Her love of Canadian step dancing, and buck dancing
led her to many awards in contests in both music and dance all through
her youth, and continues to compete in dance to this day. She holds a
degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Music Education and
Choral Conducting. She has been teaching both music and dance for more
than 20 years now and plays several instruments, including piano,
mandolin, guitar, and upright bass. Her family has a bluegrass band that
travels and plays music all over the states.

Alicia Adamson
Set Designer / Stage Manager
Alicia Adamson is an Iowa native, but also lived in Florida for 19
years before moving her business and family to Missouri. Her and her
husband own and operate two companies in consumer and manufacture goods.
A retired personal trainer, she taught for the YMCA in Florida and
owner her own gym in Missouri until 2013. Her education is in business,
but her strengths lie in marketing and advertising for her companies,
including graphic design. She is an avid runner and enjoys cycling and
is a board member for the largest running community in Southwest
Missouri and will assume the role of the president in 2021. A
representative of the Bass Pro Fitness Series as one of their
ambassadors, she is sponsored by the Missouri Beef Council. Aside from
her love of fitness, her hobbies are in art and design. Although her
main medium is charcoal, she has a love of acrylics. She has painted
several murals in homes in Florida and Missouri, mostly kid themes.
Painting is a relaxing activity for her and allows her to be creative in
many ways.
